Job Description:
PwC’s Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm’s priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

Regional Business Development Leaders will focus on the highest growth opportunities for the assigned region. They will lead our sales and marketing teams to drive consistency in executing our client relationship, and business development strategy, as well as driving PursuitTM – our Sales Framework and help deliver value on key client business issues.

Market trends and insights to help build and execute a sales strategy

Competitor structures to remain competitive in the quality of high performing sales professionals

Oversee/manage multiple markets and/or a region to develop and execute business development strategies that lead to the conversion of opportunities to sales.

Facilitate Pursuit sales framework training

Work closely with and coach leadership and account teams through the Pursuit process on large pursuits

Work with leadership and account teams and assist in identifying opportunities where the organization can assist its clients

Anticipate internal / external client needs and support leadership in delivering superior value to clients.

Oversee and support Market Leadership through the execution of the deployment strategy across markets and sectors

Interact with C-level executives and other key decision makers

Validate sales strategy on invidiual client opportunities

Evaluate client investment opportunities

Execute increased focus and discipline to relationships and Pursuits.

Complete independent client Pursuit debriefs

Manage multiple priorities

Operate under intense deadline pressure

See the long term impact of issues and ideas as they relate to an organization’s strategic initiatives and objectives

Resolve complex issues and conflicting interests with diplomacy

Effectively leverage relationships and build consensus
