Job Description:
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm’s people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide values and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace. Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.

China Sourcing Initiative team is responsible for sourcing talent from campus and talent market with bilingual language skills for the China/Hong Kong market. They are also working as point of contact with people working on tour overseas and for people with potential interests in working in China/Hong Kong to build stronger people engagement and connectivity.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Working knowledge of sourcing strategy to plan and participate in recruiting activity for key schools.

Working knowledge of recruiting systems, technology and protocols to recruit efficiently and within a Firm’s guidelines.

Broad understanding of the LoS and working culture of both the US and the mainland China / Hong Kong

Skills Preferred:

Working experience and ability to work directly with the various levels of colleagues to execute sourcing activities for campus recruiting

Demonstrated ability to manage candidate flow utilizing tracking databases to facilitate the information transfer to the SSC, compliance with firm protocols, and reporting to leadership

Demonstrated ability to screen and assess candidates

Demonstrated ability to build working relationships with local partners, staff, and HR colleagues related to recruiting efforts

Demonstrated experience managing relationships with faculty, career centers and students at key schools

Demonstrated ability to respond to routine recruiting-related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires, prior to candidate offer acceptance or candidate rejection by PwC
