Job Description:
Our growing Global Information Reporting practice is organized around the needs of our clients affected by the recent changes to FATCA legislation. The Global Information Reporting practice provides a distinctive combination of FATCA consulting, 1441 compliance and project management to bring our clients into compliance with the new banking regulations.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in a managerial role within the professional services industry that leverages knowledge of the tax issues facing multinational US banks, mutual funds, private equity, hedge funds or REITS in the reporting space.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of, and/or a proven record of success in a role managing project management teams that must comply with. FATCA, 1441, FBAR and/or qualified intermediary, and its application to applicable sectors within the securities and banking industries

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success identifying and addressing client needs, which includes the following: Developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.

Demonstrates extensive ability to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success using Powerpoint, Excel and Visio to create financial models and reports.

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 5

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting

Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar
