Job Description:
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm’s people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace. Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.

Total Rewards (TR) Design & Development team is responsible for the development, implementation, and communication of the Firm’s compensation strategies, policies, and programs designed to attract, retain, and motivate staff.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrated knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling as it relates to compensation

Comfortable working with sensitive data and client service mentality.

Skills Preferred:

Exceptional technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SAS) for analysis and reporting.

Ability to develop indepth statistical analysis and modeling of compensation surveys and PeopleSoft data to support an organization’s compensation strategy and maintain desired competitive market position.

Attentive to details and possess the ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.

Proven ability to contribute to the development of compensation guidelines, ranges, presentations and procedures.

Ability to generate OFCCP and EEOC compliance reports.

Demonstrated ability to implement and provide support for compensation systems.

Bachelor’s degree
