Job Description:
Administrative Services is led by the Market Administrative Leader in each Market, and is comprised of Executive Assistants, Team Assistants, Records Management, Office Services, and Meeting & Event teams in the US markets.

Facilities Management is part of Office Services and is responsible for the delivery and execution of consistent, high quality services and support in relation to PwC office space, mechanical operating systems, interior structures, assets and life safety systems in order to provide a safe, clean and functional environment for partners, staff, visitors and clients. Facilities Management collaborates with National Office Services to set the strategy and direction of Facilities Management for the US firm, which includes developing, implementing and overseeing a planned Facility Management program that enables all aspects of PwC office space to be maintained at an agreed upon common standard within agreed cost and time frames and in adherence with current local, state and federal regulations related to areas such as fire safety, waste disposal and ADA requirements. This function is accountable for defining, measuring and maintaining metrics, SLAs and SOPs related to ROI, contract compliance, quality and customer satisfaction.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrated knowledge of the portfolio of services including: energy management across the real estate portfolio, multi-year maintenance programs for largest offices, property maintenance and repairs (internal space), physical security of space and office access, emergency preparedness programs (emergency response, life (fire) safety, first aid, etc), small projects
Extensive technical knowledge and experience in facility management within a leased environment (building, electrical, HVAC, structural, site, mechanical, lighting control, building automation and energy management), inclusive of possessing experience in industry-standard methodology and practices

Demonstrated knowledge of risk management protocols as they relate to an organization’s office space (ergonomics, injury mitigation, life safety, disaster preparedness and response, etc.)

Undergraduate Degree preferred


Minimum Degree / Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:
Bachelors Degree or 10 years of professional experience

Additional Requirements

Some prior experience in facilities management is required.
