Job Description:
PwC’s Learning and Development function is a key enabler of the PwC Experience, an element of the Firm’s overall strategy. Integrating with the business, and implementing best-in-class teaching practices, this function supports and enables higher quality, and more relevant learning that is aligned with high performing teams.

The Project Management and Implementation team leads and directs various project teams. The team works with other leaders in the Learning & Development team to effectively translate Line of Service and/or business unit priorities and strategies into learning solutions and leads project teams in their creation and implementation. Builds project teams with internal (both inside and out side of L&D) and external resources (e.g., designers, speakers, facilitators, production companies) in order to effectively meet needs.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrated experience creating, owning and executing complex project plans to achieve and deliver effective learning and first rate client satisfaction. Basic to intermediate understanding of instructional design; adult learning theory; major educational technologies; and problem-based learning approaches. Proven experience driving accountability; planning and delivering large scale conferences; as well as classroom and technology enabled learning programs.

Demonstrated experience building project teams with internal and external resources to meet client needs.

Skills Preferred:

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills. Basis to intermediate knowledge of instructional design; adult learning theory; and major educational technologies such as self-study, virtual classroom and performance support; in addition to problem-based learning approaches.

Collaborates with Catalog Managers, Program Directors, Program Team Leads Business Sponsors and internal Stakeholders

PMI certification preferred

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:

8

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

BA, BS or 8+ years demonstrated project management experience, utilizing a variety of learning solutions and/or methods; thorough understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational technologies.
