Job Description:
PwC’s Learning and Development function is a key enabler of the PwC Experience, an element of the Firm’s overall strategy. Integrating with the business, and implementing best-in-class teaching practices, this function supports and enables higher quality, and more relevant learning that is aligned with high performing teams.

The Project Management and Implementation team leads and directs various project teams. The team works with other leaders in the Learning & Development team to effectively translate Line of Service and/or business unit priorities and strategies into learning solutions and leads project teams in their creation and implementation. Builds project teams with internal (both inside and out side of L&D) and external resources (e.g., designers, speakers, facilitators, production companies) in order to effectively meet needs.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Considerable experience assisting in the following areas: development and implementation of learning programs, projects and events; teaming with various groups to deliver high impact, high quality, differentiated client service; and operating within established budgets while meeting assigned deadlines and deliverables. Basic project management skills. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple program assignments simultaneously.

Possess working knowledge of National State Board’s of Accountancy requirements, including those applicable to their Quality Assurance Standard preferred.

Provide on-site support at Training events.

Individuals in this role will either be focused on performing assigned responsibilities primarily within a geographic market, or for nationally delivered programs.

Skills Preferred:

Intermediate MS Office skills. Basic familiarity with learning solutions and methods including; instructional design; learning objectives; major educational technologies such as self-study, virtual classroom and performance support; and adult learning theory. Intermediate event management and implementation skills.

Teams with Project Managers, Educational Methods professionals, Subject Matter Specialists, Sponsors, HR and Office Services.

Individual may be responsible for the development and implementation of some small, low complexity programs under the direction of a Market Implementation Manager.

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

BA, BS, or 3+ years project management experience including implementation, planning and execution of programs and projects.

Additional:

Event management skills with a hospitality mindset and familiarity with learning solutions and methods.
