Job Description:
PwC’s Learning and Development function is a key enabler of the PwC Experience, an element of the Firm’s overall strategy. Integrating with the business, and implementing best-in-class teaching practices, this function supports and enables higher quality, and more relevant learning that is aligned with high performing teams.

The Evaluation and Assessment team is one of the Firm’s global Centers of Excellence for evaluating programs and assessing learning effectiveness.

The Research team manages and performs research activities across multiple locations, with responsibility for the development of large-scale research deliverables for key stakeholder groups including Client Strategists and Client Service staff across the U.S.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Considerable knowledge assisting in the following areas: training evaluation techniques, survey design and administration, assessment of learning in the context of performance; and basic understanding of statistics/psychometrics and linkage with instructional design and learning execution.

Some knowledge of the implications and risks of high-stakes testing and credentialing within a business context.

Demonstrated success implementing higher-level evaluation of learning Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to work with Subject Matter Specialist and train item writers to develop effective assessment questions; collect, analyze, and respond to data gathered on assessment projects.

Proven ability to present during survey feedback sessions and instructional courses.

Intermediate MS Office skills particularly with Excel.

Intermediate knowledge of SPSS, Questionmark Perception and Metrics That Matter.

Demonstrated proficiency on similar software packages may be substituted for the above.

Ability to collaborate with HR and business stakeholders under the direction of Directors and Managers.

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:

2 years of experience in evaluation and assessment

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in evaluation and assessment
