Tax Job Info Sharing: Deloitte Experienced Hire

New York Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant (Tax)

Deloitte Tax LLP helps companies understand national, state and local, and international tax structures and align the tax function with business objectives.

Transfer pricing refers to pricing arrangements for the sale of goods, provision of services, transfer of intellectual property or financial arrangements (such as loans, credit guarantees, cash pooling, etc.) between affiliates of a multinational enterprise with operations in more than one tax jurisdiction.  These intercompany transactions are becoming increasingly frequent as multinational enterprises continue to globalize their operations.  Transfer pricing has emerged as a critical success factor in corporate strategic planning and executive decision-making.  Companies focused on growth and market leadership have recognized the important role transfer pricing can play in addressing the corporate tax burden, enhancing operational performance, mitigating tax compliance exposure, and increasing cash flow.  As a result, transfer pricing represents a significant and growing tax administration challenge to our clients as well as the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and foreign tax authorities.

Deloitte’s Transfer Pricing Group, part of the firm’s Tax function, combines the global expertise of tax professionals, attorneys, Ph.D. economists, MBAs and economic consultants to help multinational enterprises address their transfer pricing issues in the various jurisdictions in which they operate.
