Your responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant- Property Tax to join our Tax Department for Bosch Group North America. The candidate selected will be responsible for property tax compliance and reporting for all business units of the Bosch Group. This role interacts with members of the tax department, accounting/finance teams, other cross-functional departments, several divisional business unit staff and external tax providers. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execute timely and accurate completion of all property tax compliance (property tax (‘property, unclaimed property, business license’) requirements. Prepare unclaimed property returns. Monitor external service providers responsible for compliance.

• Tax incentive compliance and support.

• Implement policy and procedures related to tax requirements in the property tax area.

• Provide process improvement suggestions to business units in order to resolve recurring audit issues.

• Integrate new acquisitions into property tax co-sourcing engagements.

• Monitor property tax and related Bosch internal systems and external systems (ex.

• ERP, Thomson Reuters OPT, Ryan, and BDO systems).

• Assist with maintenance of indirect tax systems (ex. Vertex and CertCapture)

Your competencies and qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant area of study.

• Five or more years Property Tax experience in a corporate environment, national/regional accounting and/ or property tax firm.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and previous exposure to property tax systems (such as One Source Property Tax) and ERP systems (such as SAP).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and networking skills.

• Excellent time management, prioritization, project management, and detail orientation abilities.

• CPA or CPA candidate a plus.
