  • Undergraduate degree and CPA certification required; MST degree is highly desired.
  • 15+ years of progressive management responsibility in Big 4 and industry experience.
  • Strong US tax compliance knowledge and extensive experience with US tax controversy management.
  • Strong research, analytical and communication skills.
  • Must have demonstrated ability and hands-on experience to manage and develop tax professionals.
  • Ability to plan, strategize, execute and deliver.
  • Proven track-record managing projects and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects to meet constant deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to interface at high levels and work with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
