Weprovide professional services in diverse public sector areas such as health andhuman services, tax and revenue, child support and enforcement, law andjustice, budgeting, revenue collection, public housing, school districts,public employee retirement systems, mass transit, airports, regulators, andcriminal justice.  If you have a passionfor tackling complex, far-reaching, policy implementation issues, joining ourSummer Associate program can give you on-the-job insight into a career inmanagement consulting.

 

Asa Summer Associate, you will play a pivotal role with responsibilities thatrange from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developingrecommendations and creating presentations.  You will be a part of acollaborative project team that provides our public sector clients with servicesthat are practical as well as visionary ‑ services that help clients in theirefforts to transform the way government does business.  In addition, you will have the opportunity towork and develop specialized skills in one of the following service areas:Human Capital, Strategy & Operations, or Technology Integration. 

 

Your internship should enhance not only your consulting skills,but also your networking skills. During your time as a Summer Associate you’lltake part in a series of social outings and office-wide meetings.

 

We are deeply committed to developing our consultingprofessionals through thoughtful mentoring, counseling, and professionaltraining.  You will receive ongoing informalas well as formal, written feedback throughout your summer.  High-performing Summer Associates will begiven the opportunity to join us full-time as Consultants.  

 

Qualifications

  • First-year MPA or MPP graduate student
