We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, to join our Work Place Solutions team in our New York office.

Responsibilities:

•Manage and analyze specific regional Employer of Choice (EOC) programs

•Create and maintain databases to capture key information related to firm initiatives

•Manage employee relations issues and conduct exit interviews for assigned employee population

•Review and edit office HR and EOC communications

•Participate in the development and management of organizational effectiveness initiatives, as well as other HR programs and projects as needed

Qualifications:

•Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

•Experience with EOC initiatives, including survey analysis preferred

•Demonstrated success analyzing varied data from multiple sources to assess impact of plans and programs

•Strong HR project management skills; well developed verbal and written communication skills

•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
