Job Description:
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm’s people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace. Recruiting is a team of national recruiters that demonstrate knowledge, skill and leadership in the recruitment and assimilation of staff into all business lines, hiring both experienced full-time and part time candidates.

Experienced recruiting is a national recruiting team that demonstrates knowledge, skill and leadership in the recruitment and assimilation of staff into all business lines. The experienced recruiting team works with its stakeholders from all lines of service to identify, attract and recruit quality new hires to the firm; recruiting candidates who have several years of related prior experience and are placed in all staff levels up to and including those individuals who may join the firm as direct admit partners. The Sourcing role will be primarily external market focused relative to sourcing candidate and contact pipelines.

Position/Program Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of Human Resources or recruiting experience

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrated knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies and tools

Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
Working knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrated ability to:
Perform research and deep web talent identification.
Identify contacts in niche areas, develop call lists, contacts, and networks with both line of service and functional specializations for each Line of Service.
Identify top talent, including the use of direct sourcing methodology, networking and industry specific sourcing.
Work with significant degree of independence.
Bring candidates through the phone interview portion of talent identification and then hand off to the relationship recruiting after presentation.
Own and maintain pipeline of candidates for specific LoS/Verticals.
Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovate sourcing strategies.
Implement sourcing tools to positively impact the firm’s ability to attract high potential candidates.
Take direction from assigned relationship recruiting manager and recruiting operations leader in developing search strategy.
Source, screen and present candidates to relationship recruiting manager.
Present initial opportunity and firm value proposition to identified candidate.
Participate actively in recruiting activities in assigned markets and business units.
Prepare and deliver weekly status pipeline updates to Operational Recruiting Leader.
Source and develop active candidate pipelines for other groups.
