Job Description:
PwC’s Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm’s priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

The Client Relationship Marketing (CRM) team is responsible for development, maintenance and related processes of the CRM system.

The Data Analyst team will execute all data improvement and maintenance efforts. This team will also execute all data integrations and conduct regular reviews of data sets for accuracy and completeness. The team is responsible for the timely processing of all data changes and will build and execute reports on a regular basis.

Position/Program Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience: 1

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrated ability to:

Run and analyze data quality reports on a regular basis

Monitor all data integrations.

Process large data imports

Clear change request tickets in the data change management in-box

Coordinate with Data Steward network to process tickets

Conduct regular review of large accounts for accuracy and completeness of key data; search firm information providers to research key data to confirm/update.

Execute data quality searches for potential duplicates, unpromoted contacts, suspect data, etc.

Complete association clean up on contact data

Use Search/Replace functionality to maintain consistency in data fields.

Archive marketing lists as necessary

Work with the data team and the CRM leadership to develop and execute innovative solutions to business needs, including operational issues by identifying root causes of data errors and data problems with source applications

Understand and support Firm, channel, and segmentation strategy, and apply this knowledge to maintaining data quality in the CRM system.

Perform data quality checks and balances

Evaluate requested changes and follow up with initiator to verify changes in names, addresses and job titles.

Exercise sound business judgment and make decisions independently.

Conduct analysis of root causes of errors and consult with whomever input the information
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
