Job Description:
The Financial Services industry is operating in a challenging environment due to global economic pressure, increasing regulatory demands and capital requirements as well as significant operational and technology changes. Our growing Financial Services Advisory practice provides management, technology and risk consulting services to help major financial institutions around the world respond to their most complex business challenges. The Financial Services Advisory practice is composed of three industry sectors: Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets and Insurance.

The Business Applications team helps PwC clients with technical solutions used across finance, operations, human capital and customer, and is leveraged to advise on industry-specific business applications.

Position/Program Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience: 7

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates intimate knowledge of, and proven success in roles managing client consultations related to, assisting clients in the implementation and support of technical solutions and improving business processes, which includes the following:

-Understanding various application based solutions in one or more specific modules, as well as the common Industry issues facing clients.
-Sourcing and leading proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities
-Consulting, designing, implementing and leading teams.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven intimate abilities with designing, building, testing and deploying technical solutions across various applications, as well as assisting with technical efforts including development, design, implementation and support of business processes.
Demonstrates a proven extensive track record of success leading and managing business development opportunities and/or engagements from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and signoff.
Demonstrates proven intimate abilities to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, which includes whitepapers, studies and client briefings.
Demonstrates proven intimate abilities as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; participating in various staff recruitment and retention activities; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
