We are growing our Business Technology service line with Consultants and Senior Consultants who are highly motivated individuals with the appropriate balance of technical and business skills, education, and experiences.
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Business Technology practice,
You will be part of a high-profile, highly visible project team. The team will deliver valued services involving direct interaction with clients. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with highly experienced practitioners to help our clients define and implement creative solutions that address their critical business needs. Your responsibilities will range from providing specific subject-matter knowledge and experience to leading delivery teams.
You will be part of a broader industry-leading network of professionals. We have an international network of industry and technical specialists with whom you will have the opportunity to interact. Individuals in this collaborative network will support your professional career, the goals and objectives of our clients, and our own goals and objectives.
You will be challenged to further your skills and eminence. We will make a significant investment to train you to become an effective business and technology consultant. It is expected that you will self-manage your career with support from formal and informal mentors through diverse project experiences as well as classroom and online training courses. You will then advance your career based on your demonstrated performance, not based on length of time in a position.
You will have the opportunity to provide services in support of the

Clients will look to you and your team for insightful approaches to solve their most complex business and technology challenges.
Minimum qualifications for a Technology Consultant / Senior Consultant include:
- A technical background (from undergraduate degree or prior work experience) pursuing an MBA or Masters of Science in Technology (minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA)
- Two to five years experience, with one to two years experience in roles that have used technology as an business enabler (a minimum of three years of work experience is a prerequisite for the Senior Consultant role)
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to travel to client locations
