Digital Strategy solution members help set the stage for a variety of complex, fast moving projects, through various stages of the product development lifecycle – from understanding user needs and market opportunities, to mapping out specific requirements for a proposed solution. Working with a variety of research tools, they gain market perspective and knowledge and distil insights into a compelling deliverable to inform the strategic direction and roadmap for the digital, and to an extent the business and marketing, strategy for our clients.
