Job Description:
The mission of the Alliances & Channels program is to serve as a primary channel to drive incremental revenue to PwC. It is comprised of a portfolio of strategic vendor relationships that drive planned and repeatable cross Line-of Service revenue. The measureable growth of the Alliances & Channels program is enabled by aligning non-exclusively with market leaders while selectively pursuing vertical and competency-focused relationships that will positively impact Firm growth and our ability to provide enhanced services to our clients.

The measureable growth of the Strategic Alliance program is enabled by aligning non-exclusively with market leaders while selectively pursuing vertical and competency-focused relationships that will positively impact Firm growth and our ability to provide enhanced services to our clients.

Position/Program Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years
Additional years of experience verbiage:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS Degree) and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge in, and/or success in a role managing and executing, several of the following focus areas related to supporting the Salesforce.com Alliance:
Driving the execution and management of support activities within the Salesforce.com Alliance strategic plan;
Managing a complex business workstream or multiple business workstreams within the Salesforce.com Alliance, including supporting Salesforce.com Alliance leadership in alliance management and operations execution;
Messaging consistently and clearly Maintaining insight of Salesforce.com Alliance sales activities, and coordinate efforts to the annual business plan
Supporting Alliance leadership in relationship development and solution execution, while working directly with vendors;
Building key relationships with Salesforce.com Alliance management and counterparts (e.g., VP of Product Development, Alliance Manager);
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on executing Alliance initiatives-providing input to (based on assigned initiatives) and assisting with the coordination and execution of annual business and ongoing joint planning sessions and/or workshops with the Alliances and Firm leaders to maintain ongoing strategic alignment, maintaining insight of Salesforce.com Alliance sales activities, and coordinating efforts to the annual business plan;
Maintaining Salesforce.com alliance program certification levels, if applicable;
Promoting and educating sales, marketing, and staff on Salesforce.com Alliance-specific solutions and benefits; assisting with marketing and sales programs that drive revenue and confirm that follow-up activities are taking place (e.g., coordinating joint Salesforce.com marketing events for potential clients);
maintaining insight of Salesforce.com Alliance sales activities, and coordinate efforts to the annual business plan; communicating Alliance workstream progress, issues, and expectations; taking corrective actions whenever necessary; and, monitoring research & PR on the Salesforce.com Alliance and understanding the competitive landscape.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success managing efforts in the following areas related to the Salesforce.com Alliance:
Understanding of Salesforce.com technologies and product offerings, emphasizing the articulation of the business benefits of such products;
Rigorous planning and follow-through on objectives set forth by the program, including a proven record of managing projects that emphasize reporting, issue resolution, and cost-benefit analyses;
Identifying and addressing team needs, including building solid relationships with diverse teams; developing an awareness of Firm services; approaching teams in an organized manner; deliver clear requests for information; encouraging improvement and innovation and demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
Utilizing project management methods, stakeholder management, budget analysis, program controls, project management related desktop applications, and time and resource management tools to meet targets and deliverables in a deadline-driven and matrix professional services business environment, while working on complex workstreams that support operations of a program.

Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to travel, as client assignments require (approximately 10-20%).
