Job Description:
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm’s people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace. Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Experience as an advisor to Line of Service (LOS) Leaders (Advisory, Assurance, IFS or Tax, as appropriate) and HR Leaders regarding partner matters.

Extensive experience guiding LOS Leadership, Primary Review Partners (PRPs) and HR Leaders as they execute their responsibilities with regard to partner programs and policies.

Considerable experience coaching partners through challenging issues, interpreting firm policies, managing processes and the risk inherent in such processes (e.g., the partner plan/evaluation process).

Demonstrated experience and depth of knowledge with regard to the administration and execution of partner processes (e.g., partner planning and evaluation, income allocation, succession planning, headcount management, and partner development, etc.).

Extensive XLOS teaming experience (e.g., XLOS participation in the development, testing and administration of databases/tools used in the execution of the partner planning, evaluation, income, succession and talent management processes).

Extensive understanding of Partner Affairs policies, procedures and the LOS business drivers, as applicable, as a result, demonstrating the ability to serve as a trusted business advisor on partner matters.

Demonstrated knowledge and ability to identify and develop improvements in LOS partner HR processes and programs (including working with XLOS Partner Affairs team on XLOS identification of process improvements, development and testing of supporting tools and applications).

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated history of progression and advancement with increasing levels of responsibility.

Demonstrated proficiency in: client service, acquiring and applying technical expertise and building and sustaining relationships.

Demonstrated ability to:

Draft guidance, communications, reports and presentations (e.g., PAT transaction guidance, income allocation guidance, partner plan instructions, Talent Review deliverables, database training, etc.).

Individually or in collaboration with LOS or XLOS Partner Affairs team, as appropriate, identify best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Advise partners and HR leaders regarding the processes and policies in their area of responsibility (e.g. partner development, workforce planning)

Analyze data and develop observations, identify issues and make recommendations to LOS Leadership, the LOS Partner Affairs Leader and the LOS HR Leadership team.

Professional services experience is preferred

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 8 years HR generalist experience
