Job Description:
Administrative Services is led by the Market Administrative Leader in each Market, and is comprised of Executive Assistants, Team Assistants, Office Services, Records, and Market Events staff.

The EA Managers assist with managing and leading day-to-day EA/TA service delivery and development, understanding the EA/TA needs of the partners, client service staff and IFS staff in the office to provide the appropriate level of service and consistently implements the national EA/TA strategy, initiatives and/or guidelines in the local market.

The Executive Assistant/Team Assistant (EA/TA) Manager will manage EA and TA resources and are regarded as the local office change agents responsible for successful execution of the EA and TA components of the overall National Administrative organization’s continuous improvement strategy. 40% of this role is supervising others.

The selected individual will have demonstrated experience and abilities related to the following areas:

– Managing the deployment and day-to -day service delivery of an EA/TA team of 20-30 direct reports in an office with a population in excess of 300 people or across multiple offices within a market, including staff performance, utilization, cost management and customer satisfaction
– Facilitating the delivery of high quality administrative support to partners and managers in the markets.
