Job Description:

Saratoga’s approach to measurement combines the power of attitudinal surveys with metrics to provide actionable fact-based information about the state of an organization’s workforce. We focus on three key areas: Workforce effectiveness, HR program effectiveness, and HR delivery effectiveness. As a member of the Saratoga team, you will work with thousands of organizations to help them apply our rigorous evidence-based approach to workforce and HR decision making.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Working knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, and HR measurement within complex multi-national companies.

Some knowledge of developing, delivering and analyzing employee surveys including engagement, exit and on-boarding surveys.

Skills Preferred:

Some technical skills in the area of HR and workforce measurement including development of dashboard metrics, setting measurement standards, project managing data collection and data analysis.

Working experience identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

Working experience as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff.

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:


Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

Bachelor of Science or Bachelors of Arts degree in a business related subject required. Master of Science or Master of Arts degree in any of the following; Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Health related, Human Resources, Mathematics, Public Policy, Statistics or Organizational Development preferred.
