Job Description:
Global IT is responsible for the success of our central technology efforts in our federated business model.

The Enterprise Architect team is responsible for the business strategy in the enterprise’s processes and systems. The Enterprise Architect team leads the effort and thought leadership to develop, maintain, govern, and evolve the enterprise architecture for the Firm. This team establishes the Firmwide strategy for the enterprise architecture; manages its development and governance; and facilitates the changes required by the Firm to use enterprise architecture to gain the maximum value for the business while minimizing disruptive impacts.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Extensive knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts and implementations.

Thorough understanding and/or experience of working in a professional services organisation

Demonstrated extensive experience in using defined process improvement methodologies and processes

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to:

Develop and maintain the IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture

Develop and maintain business capabilities / IT services mapping

Develop and maintain business and IT roadmaps

Develop, maintain and participate in IT Governance processes

Engage with vendors and third parties in respect of futures

Define the enterprise architecture to integrate processes and systems to maximize value and minimize impact associated with the change; work with business leadership to understand and set enterprise architecture \direction to realize Firm strategic initiatives

Promote a culture of innovation; continuously seek opportunities for improvement within role, processes, team and the IT organisation as a whole

Keep abreast of enterprise architecture practices and trends

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:


Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or 10 years of Enterprise Architecture experience

Additional Requirements

Prior experience in the delivery or guiding delivery of work in the areas of Enterprise Architecture. Travel required 20-40%
