Deloitte Tax LLP, Private Company Services (PCS) group provides comprehensive, independent and objective wealth planning advice and services to affluent individuals and families, executives and owners of closely held businesses. PCS offers comprehensive, independent, objective investment consulting services to clients. As a PCS   Manager, you will work as part of a team to deliver objective investment advice to sponsors of qualified retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b) and defined benefit plans.

 

Our PCS Managers will provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to assist the expectations of our clients.   PCS Managers are also responsible for the development and motivation of engagement staff and provide the staff with leadership, counseling and career guidance. In addition, PCS Managers also review the work of PCS Seniors as a quality control check and to train Seniors on how to best serve and advise clients.

  •  5 or more years of investment consulting experience, preferably with substantial experience in providing ongoing investment monitoring, manager search and selection and investment policy statement development.
  • Provider search experience is a plus. 
  • Business development experience, through targeted relationship building and client referrals.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field required.
