Job Description:
PwC’s Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm’s priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

The Fly-in Team is responsible for driving major (“fly-in”) pursuit opportunities, providing our largest, most complex, and global brand-defining clients receive distinctive, world class service and have specialized support and attention of the Firm’s leadership on a US and global basis.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Extensive knowledge overseeing the proposal process and other deliverables on “fly-in” pursuit opportunities. Extensive knowledge as a leading driver with a local team, from beginning of process to end (scoping through orals) and producing proposal materials.

Skills Preferred:

Extensive experience preparing a team for meeting with clients, leading conceptualization of any presentation materials, and demonstrating the ability to capture competitive intelligence and to synthesize important issues.
Extensive experience to develop and refine message and/or value propositions. Demonstrated ability to be the communications hub for large opportunity proposal team; providing touchpoints, setting up team meetings and calls, providing follow up on action items. Demonstrated ability to work with team from beginning of process to end to develop clear and compelling value propositions and messages. These areas comprise 80% of the role.

Demonstrated ability to establish leadership relationship and rapport with clients and executive leaders. Demonstrated ability to coach and manage direct reports or team. These areas comprise 20% of this role.
