Job Description:
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm’s people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace. Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.

Recruiting is a team of national recruiters that demonstrate knowledge, skill and leadership in the recruitment and assimilation of staff into all business lines, hiring both experienced full-time and part time candidates.

Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred:

Thorough knowledge of full life cycle recruiting processes, strategies and tools

Working knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to:

Build relationships with key stakeholders and/or clients and candidates in the markets, LoS, nationals and verticals.

Work with a significant degree of independence

Own the candidate presentation and interview process

Manage final candidate slate presentation, interview debrief, negotiation and final disposition status

Utilize appropriate candidates sources from active, passive, source/screen function, agency and referrals in order to meet business needs.

Own internal stakeholder relationship

Exercise influence and/or manage sourcing and screening function in the execution of sourcing strategy

Provide value added recruiting-related insight on both market and line of service -specific nuances during goal-setting process

Participate actively in recruiting activities in assigned markets and business units

Actively contribute to national recruiting programs and projects

Own and maintain pipeline of candidates for specific business units and markets

Provide detailed and sophisticated reporting to business owners on a consistent basis

Lead and participate in recruiting efforts including Employee Referral campaigns, Alumni outreach, Top Talent Identification, local agency needs and business outreach events

Establish network of talent within market, vertical and/or LoS through internal activities (promotion, employee referral, internal networking, active solicitation and relationship building) in order to enable external candidate identification
